Electrical Upgrade?

Electrical Upgrade?

Most of your older properties used a fuse electrical panel. If you are upgrading a property this is going to be a wise upgrade to get the property sold. We want to look for a breaker system when we are evaluating the electrical box. To get an accurate cost on an electrical upgrade, you will need to have a local electrician come and evaluate the property and give you a more accurate cost. It will diver with the amount of wire that needs to be run and the access they will have to the walls and ceilings. A good electrician should be able to get the job done in 2-4 days depending on the size of the home.
Check with your realtor or your local REIC (investment club) for recommendations if you are looking for referrals. Ask family, friends & neighbors for any referrals.
Make sure that all of your bathrooms and kitchens have a GFCI (Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter) somewhere around the counter top. This is a must for an upgrade to be complete. Your electrician will know what this is and why it is needed.

Happy Rehabbing!!!
