closing cost/multiple homes

Hello DG Family, I'm a newbie with a question? Any HELP would be great. How do you evaluate closing cost? Also,if a seller has multiple houses to sale, do I have to put each house under contract to show a buyer? Thanks' for your HELP in advance. Everyone have a Bless Day.
