The housing property value average in the area is at 131,600 with this property land value of 64,000 and house itself has a value of 81,000 giving the property as a whole a value of 145,000. Right now, the property only needs about 1,500 in repairs that include basic yard work. The heating system installed in the ceiling has no wear showing on the ceiling.
