So I've Left Florida due to Them Never Responding back to any of my E-mail's I'm not sure why? they never replied But its Ok its not like I can't go to other States & Area's .
Well I found A Listing Of Short-sale's & Foreclosure's right in my Back yard In Woodbridge,VA & surrounding area's that I live , I'm sure I'll Find A Few Deal's to do .
I've Also Found A Few In California .
So If your Wanting Short-sales , REO's , Foreclosures In California Or Virgina Just PM me & i'll get back to you.
As for Florida I'm sure those Homes are still Available however I think due to the Crooked Buyer I had I'm not sure what he might had done but The Real Estate Agents that at first were Nice & Responded Are Now M.I.A Have not gotten A word from them on the Homes I wanted to Lock up So I've Moved to VA & CA Maybe one day They'll Reply if ever ......LOL But I'm not wasting my time in waiting . cause I sent Frances my POF Letters Weeks ago & Still No Respond No one replied I'm like At least let me know whats going on , But thats Ok If they don't want to close anything deal's with me Fine Someone else Will I'm thinking They might had Thought I was doing something illegal With the Crooked Buyer Who left me with homes that No one but His butt wanted , I'm like I didn't know he didn't have A Buyer until He told me to go & find some & I'm like then Why? do I need you for If I' having to Find A buyer too I might as well Do the DEal with the dang Buyer ..........LOL but anyway I'm thinking thats why? they've stop responding back to me Which is Fine .
But After That Experience I Now Ask the End-Buyer What are there Intentions of Getting the Homes locked up , Are they Selling or Renting , Do they have A exist strategy once we Close our deal ect ect before going Through the Motion of locking up anything for anyone .
Its A Learned Lesson To be Caution , But be Fair as well but ask Your End-Buyer Questions Before assuming They Have something & Make sure they know your Rules In your Business & one of my Rules is If you can not explain in Full detail of your Exist Strategies then I may be Caution of Doing anything with you & I may even ask A Few more Question Of Why? You're asking me to Do Something If your not fully Prepared.
