Best way to buy and sell REO's

i have funding to buy houses if i line up a double closing what is the best strategy to make this work with REO's? Can i tie an reo up in contract while i get one of my buyers to look at it and buy it? I am new to this and there are a ton of reo's , i like Greg Murphy's methods any help is appreciated
