I am looking at a vacant house (the ONLY one in the neighborhood) and found out the owner has not paid ANY taxes in ten years. I contacted the people listed as the tax service and they told me that they had already started litigation but would not provide details. I asked what I could do to buy the property and they basically said I would have to wait until it came up for auction. I have tried to contact the owner and left a message but did not recieve a response. This house needs a lot of work but I have a potential investor who is a contractor and this is perfect for him. Any ideas on how I can get this property or is it too late?
