This is a Huge first timers deal

My partner and I are new to the business and will be attending the Profit from real estate simeniar in Tampa, FL on Wed. 26th. My comment is my business partner and I have a deal to bring to the table out of TN. It's a builder that is in foreclosure and needs to sell, he has a 52 lot subdivision with 10 new homes built and we would like to get this deal to the table but we need help. Do you have any advise? Thanks in advance.
