Finding Farm Investors

I have a bank that is trying to get rid of a dairy farm. They're having a hard time finding someone and don't want to list it with a realtor. My company said we would take it on; the size of the farm is too big for the local area. So am doing a national "pound the pavement" campaign. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can find farm investors? Does anyone have any experience with farms? Any suggestions or proven methods would be greatly appreciated.
