Hello DG family, I have a friend who is going into foreclosure tomorrow. I just found out tonight. My concern is this: I'm still fairly new to the concept, but i want to help him out. He lives in Longview texas while I live in El Paso (west coast of texas meets east coast of texas).
I still need to ask him how much he owes to keep it out of foreclosure and how much he still owes on the house. I know that he wants to stay in the house, but i'm not quite sure what to do next.
He got a call that his house will got to court tomorrow and then to an auction.
