Absolute Auction 2/27/10 : Need Partners

Just came across an Auction of 6 homes built 2003 to 2009 in Citrus County, Fl.; Going to be held Sat. 2/27/10; 3 are Absolute; 2 are 95% Complete(need flooring & landscaping); 1 has a Reserve; Assessed Values; 140K;157K;178K; There is a foreclosure in the same sub-division listed @ 146,100(assessed @ 140K). Good for a Quick Flip, if bought @ 70-80 & sold for 100-110. Interested in Teaming Up ? Gary/Jill
