What's up to everyone here. I have been a students of Deans, but I'm new to the online forums.I've searched for this answer but have not been able to find a str8 forward answer.
My story Is I found a guy that has 3 properties he wants to get out of bc it is hard for him to keep them rented and collect the rents when they are rented. He is very motivated to sell. Now he is upside down on all the mortgages and has not paid them in a few months. He has already talked to the bank and they told him what prices he can short sale them for,and he has them listed with an agent.I am starting to wholesale(assign) properties, and I have a investor that is interested.I don't have the money or credit to purchase them myself.
So my ?'s are
1. what do I do to get paid for introducing my investor to the seller, Do I assign the property like normal, with and or assigns since its a short sale headed to foreclosure, and listed with a agent.
2. Or do I just have to get some kind of finders fee.
