Attached is a Generic Short Sale package for those who want to try to do one themselves. This includes a cover page, letter of authorization, Option Contract, Notice of Option signed by a notary securing your option on title, etc. This can also be used in conjunction with a lease agreement as well. Normally the combination of the lease agreement and notice of option give the offer more teeth in the form of stalling the sale unless the bank plays ball.
