How Do I Find the Listings for Bulk REO that are currently for Sale?

Good Afternoon DG Members,

I have been doing some late night reading on the DG website and I have seen several members discuss they have purchased Bulk REO property lots. Such as a lot of 40 REO Homes for under $200k. I have the following questions:

1. Can you please share with all of us where and how these bulk lots are listed for sale, such as a web address, etc?

2. Are these bulk REO lots sold directly by the bank, an auction, or a liquidator? Any information you can provide to the other DG Members is greatly appreciated.
