There is a well known principle known as the 80/20 principle. The most common reference of this is 20% of people do 80% of the work.
This can be applied to all kinds of parts of life. In looking for properties about 20% of the time you use will bring 80% of the deals.
The key is to maximize what you do (that 20%) to accomplish more. This usually means bringing on people to work with you.
This help is generally known as a Power Team. This team may include Realtors, Attorneys, Accountants and so on.
