Everyone, just wanted to try and get a better understanding, to this program.I brought DG, book about 3 months ago. I just recently strated reading it. I obtained some insight, to the various strategies, on buying Realestate! One question that I'am pondering over, or method is buying Foreclosures, without using your own money. Today I went on line, and found plenty of foreclosures, but I'am confused as to, what stept to take next. I also called the Realtor, who is marketing the Home for sale, but she was out of the office. Can someone please help me, and give me some advice, as to what I should be doing next. Sorry for any inconvience, I'am new at this. Thanks in Advance,
