OK, Greg. I think I figured it out. When you are already a member it doesn't show the word "JOIN" anymore. For everyone else it does.
So, either I stay an honorary WI member of your Mass. group or I say goodbye if I can figure out how to un-join. LOL

I guess with being busy I haven't been on for awhile.

One website I suggest for pre foreclosures is www.preforeclosure.com. DO NOT think you have to join, for preforeclosures they give the name and the street. With little effort you can get the street number.

In my own experience, preforeclosures are less hassle than foreclosed properties.

For faster results, e-mail questions, thoughts, concerns to [email protected]...

Hey Greg,
I use that site for leads. I figured out on how to get the address. I am using Dean's letter, that's on page 225 and 226.(BAREM) Of course I did a little but not much to it. I started on 1 Sept 09, and sent out 115 letters. So far nothing yet, but it only takes one to get the ball rolling. I am doing short sales 1st and everything else after.
