Just like the 3m's I now have to do that exercise. I am going to get together with the agent I have and am going to have them make some offers. I don't c are if they are accepted or not. Of course I would love to have the accepted but just the approaching the bank or seller and making the offer is more than I have done before.
You're right it takes movement, it takes me to do the actual footwork, I am going to set out more bandit signs as well.
I know I can do this... just needed the right motivation. Again you have put a task in front of me. I have to do this, I can't retire. If I did I would be retiring at $9/per/hr. I need something to leave my kids,

The Vision
I really enjoyed this exercise! It made me recognize that I've came a very long way in the past 90 days, so much further than I thought I have and it really cements in my mind that unforeseen great things─and challenges─are coming my way in the next 3 months, even in the next week,perhaps. Anyways...I appreciate that this wonderful exercise has helped me recalibrate my sight to where I can see and be grateful for all that has happened and I just know amazing things are coming into fruition!
