Hey Sir Dean, it was great to catch up on your Weekly Wisdoms! Especially the one last week as you discussed all you have done to build this site & organization through the years! Kudos to you! Looking forward to picking back up where family & personal emergency's had me fall off the radar...Looking forward to plugging back in and hopefully contributing...

I will be there with the proverbial bells on. I am thankful to you and the team for constantly throwing new info at me and forcing me to catch it. I will also be joining insider elite program tomorrow. Have offers to make,and dont want to screw up. My small power team has been extremly helpful. Cant say enough about having peeps.

I attended the free seminar in Rochester, NY and was incredibly blown away....The 3 day workshop is something that i really would love to attend, unfortunately I do not have the Tuition fee at this time....Will you be coming back to Rochester in the near future, i would really love to attend the workshop in the future.

Can not access the new videos training nugget from WWB227, blocked from my work computer and no adobe flash player on my smart\DUMB Android phone to play videos. So who won the iphone? No comment about it in the WWB227 above.

Best wishes to the 2012 cruise winners, checked out the 2012 videos, to hard to decide who should have won, all great videos, at least everyone has started their REI business and their way to a brighter future.

I am so Overwhelmed with REI info, have no idea where to start, prefer lease option purchases.
Watching so many potentially good deals past buy over the past 2 years is driving me crazy.

Sorry I missed this registration! got caught up this week in the issues surrounding life (my kids!!) Hope this is gonna be something available on the site!!! Still making progress though. Have me a real estate agent to work with. She is great!!! She's coming on board with us and joining the Dean Family. Things are looking up.

Thanks for all the info you share. I'm hoping to re-enroll into insider elite again soon. The mentoring was great, but my money was short, but I'm not out of the running, at least not yet. I'm still hopeful, for that 1st deal. Thanks for encouragement.

Dean I missed your IE event on Thursday and was so glad you sent it to watch. I find your DG family very inviting to learn.. Here is my story to fill you in on the why I would like to join your IE program, why its so hard that finances don’t allow me that opportunity.

May 9th you had an event in Florida @ noon. Before I went to that event I had to go to sign Bankruptcy papers in the morning. The event was great learned a lot but the deciding factor I wasn’t able to order anything at that time, I had no job or funds to pay for anything.
So at the end of the event they handed us some paperwork a CD. I came home, started to read the 30 days to RE cash, I had my notepad out writing what’s needed to start, I read it in two days and looking at my notes I started to go off track and I started again this time, I set up my goals and started to make a bunch of folders copy and pasted and filling up all the folders on what I need to do next and so on.. I reread your book again looking over my notes this is already October.
I received a phone call to come in to my lawyers office to settle a workers comp case that’s been 2 .5 years in the making. I was ticked off cause my lawyer didn’t get me what we talked about so I figure I need the money to pay off some bills that’s been supported by my mom for taking me in when I need it..
I was so stressed and my mom was as well that I went to the Philippines to see my girlfriend that I been talking to on skype for year and a half.. and stayed there for 7 weeks and it was the best time I have ever spent on vacation and with a GF that we shared so much with each other, that I fell in love and I wasn’t expecting that at all, we both cried when I had to come home on December 13.

In January I sat down and started to reread my notes again and I wrote a goal sheet out and made a to do list where I checked off the things I did and what else I need to do.. then I was scared to do this, and on the 25th I took the bull by the horns and I jumped in placed an ad in trulia for a RE agent talked to the ones that answered my ad than I had a wholesaler that sent me deals, than I joined a Re club and was networking, than I had another ad for a VIP buyers list a management company from Hollywood answered my ad and I sent him the deals than I got an email that the mgnt company wanted to look at some deals.. I called this guy 2 times who is the wholesaler , didn’t call me back than I called his office for I had his cell # that I didn’t get a call back he said when I called that be better for u to email him.. dah now u tell me when I said that I have this mgnt company that wanted to look at ur deals u sent me and he said he was busy.. well the mgnt company I lost cause of my wholesaler not getting back to me..
In the mean time I sent all my networking REclub investors Wholesale Properties I had and all the investors said they are too high and we can find deals for a lot less..

I spoke to eddie who runs the club and his partner said that he has one more spot left to be an apprentice and I said to him im very interested for eddie has 21 years exp and I would work with him and he was on vacation I waited 2 weeks for his return we talked and I gave him my Business card and my cell # and he said he will call me, and no call not even an email that I sent him and thanked him for doing this, but he never answered my.. I went there one more week and he was avoiding me so I left.. and haven’t been back since.. but in the mean time I had a RE agent she said to call her I did and she didn’t work out .. then I said to my wholesaler to take me off his list for the deals u have no investor wants for your trying to make $10,000 when its to high but there isn’t any wiggle room for my time so thanks but I put in to much time and haven’t made a dime.. then he sent me an email back and asked me does he want me to send him MLS sheet.. I didn’t know he did that but I figured if he didn’t give me a call when I called twice, its maybe not in my best interest to answer his email.. so I didn’t and left it at that.

Now its March 23 I’m looking for a job cause my funds are getting low and I don’t want to put the burden on my mom anymore. I have too much time invested into this real estate investing biz to give up.. cause of a couple bad apples.. I learned so much and have a drive in me that won’t give up on something I have a deep desire to do.. I just can’t wait to do my first deal cause its for the money right now.. cause when your funds are getting low that’s all you think about..

I have to personally thank Dean Graziosi for what he has done in his teachings and how to overcome your fear inside you. I been knocked down, everything I went through I learned by my mistakes and not to do them again, I will continue this Real Estate learning for its that important to me to not give up no matter what you been through, things will get better if you look at it in a positive way, I wanted to share my story with everyone here, for were a family that cares and to help each other what we been through and how to overcome..

It's great you bring so many successful students onto your livecasts to inspire and motivate others that are here.

Thought it was cool that Gina shared some of her story of reinventing herself and that even though she hasn't done 10,000 deals, that the 44 deals that she has done has changed her life....(and all the other students had good stuff too, hers just really jumped out at me today).

She mentioned how reading some of Joel Osteen and Joyce Meyer has helped her take charge of her thoughts and focus them in a positive way which I totally agree. If you watch any of Joel Osteen's stuff you pretty much have to feel better after letting it sink in.

Anyway, awesome stuff and I just want to say thanks so much for doing what you do Dean!
