Though these stats are the numbers of my present investment property and average of most investment properties on the market, there is an abundant supply of single family homes to 4 units, to 20 units which cashflow very nicely if purchased right. Aurora is the 2nd biggest city in IL outside of Chicago, it is a blue collar town, with a casino, many restaurants, entertainment and a great city to invest in.
