Private Money Lending
I appreciate Dean's diligence in the proper development of the private money lending program, and I hope to see it here in Texas, soon. I'd love to be able to take advantage of it.
I think it's great when Dean gets down to brass tacks. The positive thinking stuff is great now and then, but the basics like in this week's blog are more interesting to me.
"Rick in Amarillo," Real Estate Agent
More Great Information.
Thanks Dean,
I look forward to your blogs each week.Your knowledge and experiance are great for everyone, especially newbies like me.I have been all over the place with many different so-called real-estate xperts.Let me tell you they are not and You Are.From now on You are the only one for me.Thanks Dean for really being the absolute REAL DEAL.
May GOD continue to Bless you & your family.
Thanks Dean
Well said. Even though I think I understood that lesson before, it made perfect sense now! Great job explaining! What hit me most was when you said if the proprties not moving it's not your buyers list it's the price you're asking. That was a good point because it's so easy for people to blame something else when it may have been their lack of doing good due diligence! That's what I love about you...I always learn something new each time I hear/see your lessons.
Thanks for being such a great leader!
Selling price
Hi Dean,
It wasn't clear to me what the price I should be selling at? Was that the $55K or $60K price tag so that I could get my $5K. I don't sell at $65K, $5K would be my profit and $5K for closing costs etc?
Thanks
comps question
Where is the best place to find the foreclosure comps? Can anyone give any advice?
Thanks in advance.
Short-Sweet-Excellent
Hey Dean.
You packed a lot in 6 minutes and it is fabulous when you can throw that MUCH information into such a short time. What an accomplishment of sharing knowledge, even if it was short and sweet. The bottom line is it was EXCELLENT.
Thank you as always.
God Bless.
Great Blog!
But i still have so much fear, like iam not going no where? help.......
Blog #127
Dean,
I have listened to the blog and have read all the comments. I would just like to tell Matt that there is nothing to be embarrassed about. Many people have failed at at least one thing in their lives. That does not make them a complete failure. Sometimes it's because of things beyond their control. It's what we do to clean up that makes us what we are. Matt and Esteeanna both mentioned the tomato plant. I would also like to find out about it! Like Cathy said, you always do a great job. Like Steve Hunter, I read the blog twice already. I would like to add to what Anthony Harrington said. It will also help others become students! Indiana Joe had the right idea "Believe and Achieve". According to Gena, we need the KISS. When we try to embellish, we end up messing up. Paul Young sounds a bit scared. I know what it is about people counting on you to get the bills paid. Can be scary. One day, we just have to decide and go out and do what we need to. I like the fact that Captain 777 is changing the saying. You catch more flies with honey than with vinegar. Keep It Simple Sweetheart may attract more people than the word (Stupid). I have heard the original saying lots of times before, though. Douglas E. Wylie is right. There is also a house in my neighbourhood that is up for sale since October 2010. I have often wondered what is wrong with it. Mathedragon is afraid, but is taking steps. Way to go! I'm a bit afraid myself, but I will soon be taking positive steps too! Thanks, Dean, for always thinking of us.
Just Makes sense
