Conference Call - Tuesday, March 1st 2011 @ 6PM PST - "Marketing Properties for Quick Cash"

I hade some emergency I had to attend to right at the time the conference call started and when I got back it was over. that should tell you a bit of how my luck has been for the last two years. I am seriously tring to change that so if you can let me know when you will have another conference call of any kind I will appreciate it and any other information you can send me will be good as well.

My laptop died on me last night so I had to pull out the old suitcase and listen to the replay.

Great call, filled with tons of information. If that didn't light the fire under your a_ _ then I don't know what will. My butt is on fire and there is no reason why I shouldn't make this my year of years.

Im a little frustrated that I missed the call. I had registered and never recieved my email reminder and hence forgot with everything going on.
Now will have to settle for the recorded version.. just not as exciting I think.

Hey I heard Matt talk about refinancing right after the purchase (no seasoning). Does anyone know of any banks that will do this and if so please share that info!!!

Hi, This is common sense. You want your buyers to make a good decision to buy "the deal" Due Dilligence is key! This is a great call! It supports what have been thinking about. The Front End & Backend format did not expect that. But it makes sense. Thanx! for the fabulous information! this will help me alot. Especially with confidence. i will roll up my sleeves!

I couldn't make the call since I had another commitment but I'm so greatful it is online to listen now. Matt and Dean Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! I'm off to use the information you just armed me with. If people aren't taking advantage of your conference calls, I would highly recommend it. There aren't many places where you can actually get useful information simply by showing up! Trust me, I've looked. I've been reading and studying Dean's books, and the forum topics. I have not come across any info on fannie mae foreclosures. I am very close to making my first offer, but I am very SCARED that they will actually accept. Is there anyone who has experienced the process with them and has anything I should be careful of. There are pages of paperwork I have read thru and most of it makes sense, but if I offer cash, (I have an HELC I can use), there doesn't appear to be an exit strategy. I would appreciate any Help!

This was my first conference call and it was awsome. I had reached the conclusion about creating a portfolio to market my properties, but Matt gave me a lot more info to include. Thanks Dean and Matt I was not disappointed. Dean, you and your organization continue to be a blessing to me and I thank God for you. I have not made a sale yet, but I am almost there.

I was wondering, those of you who are familiar with this type of event... could you possibly give some input as to what I need to expect from it. In particular, I'm interested to know if I should be prepared to buy a certain property (to my liking) upfront? Would I need to be able pay for it in full? What are some of the options I could exercise if I elect to "stretch out" the purchase over the course of some time frame?

I learned so much from this call. I feel more able to go forward and know what to work on. I'm excited because I am one of the people starting with nothing. I can't wait to be able to say that I had nothing but look at me now. I'm looking forward to leaving my job and making a real living. Thank you Matt for that great information. The advice makes so much sense. It's like the old addage. 'Find a need, fill a need.' The need is that investors don't have the time to gather the info they need to make a good decision on investing. So if you provide everything they will need to make that decision, they will choose your property before someone else who only tells them where it's located and the price. And the more help you provide them the more they will want to only work with you.
