Well, I'm back at it. Haven't given up, just got derailed. I was slower at recovery this time than usual.

Just got my first Purchase Agreement signed by an owner. Hoping to close the end of May!

Got a call back from a seller from several months ago! Just posted his property online.

Now I am gonna go after some probates!!!

I can usually handle one or two small to medium setbacks at a time, but 3 major ones!!!??? I am overwhelmed and ready to give up and just get another part-time job. I am so frustrated, so broke, so defeated, so tired.

I need some relief. A light at the end of the tunnel. This is too much for me. I'm beginning to second guess doing wholesaling, or any real estate business.

I'm honestly not sure if I can continue. I look at my "why's" and think that it will never happen for me. It was all just a pipe dream. It's so far away.

Some days it's really, really tough to get back up...
