I am a wholesaler located in Savannah,Ga I have deals that has a wonderful ROI but I have no serious cash buyers.I have the knowledge to get these deals at a rock bottom price but no cash or investors to close the deal.PLEASE PLEASE HELPPP...

I recently put a house under contract with the contacts provided by Greg forms under this site.I put down 3000 earnest money just to show my motivation for the property but I couldn't find a Buyer.My question is do I get my earnest money back if it didn't sell.the contract didn't say anything about money back or It didn't say I can't get my mobey back.

I am atempting my first deal.I already have a buyer in place but I do not want the buyer to know what my contract price is.I am trying to hand this deal to my buyer and make some profit in the middle.Is there a way i can complete this without them knowing what my price is????????Please somebody help

Do any one out there know of any good hard money lenders that you or someone you know did business with.
