Got sick there for a few days, still getting over it, found difficulty conversing with realtors twards finding an agent that will work with me, pulled everything to a screeching hault, mentally im having trouble figuring out a solution, ive emailed a large number of agents individually, only 2 replyed, just got to see if i can get current sold homes for 200,000 or less to cash buyers, for the lasvegas valley, maybe after i go get my roomate ill ask in post or something if i can figure it out.

i went thru all the material for the rockbottom blue print, ran into a streaming problem, it stops at 3:37 into the 40min video but besides that ive look thru everything and tomarrow the search fro a realestate investor agent begins

not if im the in between guy, arent i able to charge both the seller and the buyer as a handlers/sellers fee?

its just a curious question that pepped into my head cuz if im finding buyers, all the while finding sellers, why a 1 time fee? I mean im sure theres a way to pull it to where its ran as a servicing fee to both partys, and me doing the work is the service....
