I had properties coming my way but not one of my buyers are responding to my emails. Ok. I know its only been 24 hrs since I've emailed everyone but I don't want to make an offer until I have set buyer in place. I put up an ad looking for real estate agents and wound up with 6 different people trying to sell me there properties. Hey whatever works. I did get one agent and broker to join me power team, but I'm getting impatient waiting for my buyers to return my emails. Anybody out there in the DG family want some good deals in PA, get in contact with me asap. Being on lunch break doing is tough, but it can be done. Going to call another potential buyer.

Was waiting for a Realtor to call me on my lunch break and never did. Was hoping he could be apart of my "Power Team". Everything happens for a reason. Can't wait to get home to hit the books with the SA.
I can't believe I'm getting started. Kind of scared and shocked that I've made this decision. Can't wait to speak to my coach and get this money train going. If I don't, my mom will kill me. I will get this done. Thanks Dean and ready to get started with the success academy.
