Wow! I never dreamed that by just communicating that my husband & I are real estate investor the deals would come to us so quickly, but it's happened! A friend of the family is losing her home due to foreclosure and she has purchased a mobile home to live in. She still lives in her brick & mortar house while she updates her new home and I told her that we can help her avoid having the legal liability of a foreclosure on her credit record. I proposed to let us offer the bank a deal to purchase her home. She has agreed...now I need the next step...getting the right contracts in place & the right document for the bank to release information to me about the existing mortgage...I didn't see any forms on the DG website that I could use for that purpose...any suggestions would be helpful...wish me luck!!
