You will receive a print-out of all properties that meet your criteria. I encourage you to do drive-bys, it's the best way to learn neighborhoods.
As new properties come on the market you will be informed immediately, via phone or email.
I will leave no stone unturned until I find a home for you. I will represent you aggressively, protecting your interest, to make sure you will get the best deal possible.
What I require "you" to do:
Obtain a pre-approval from a bank or mortgage company - Time is valuable and we don't want to waste it looking at homes in the wrong price range.
