IM having trouble with not getting real investors when I put out bandit signs.i clealy put on the heading att.cash buyers.but when I ask them what there looking for .there just want cheapest deal.and that's it.i think it would a waste of time.because cheap deals out here in Vancouver,wa-portland or.good luck finding.how can I attract real investors?
