I have a seller that has 9 apartments for sell. There are not a lot of appartments in this town and none that have been sold in several years. How can you get a FMV on these appartments? Also I have mentioned to a couple of buyers that I may have some appartments to offer them and a couple are interested. Sould I determine the value then make offer and get on contract then pass on to a buyer or should I just pass on to the buyer for a finders fee and let them negotiate the deal with the seller.
