Time to take action!

Tomorrow marks 4 weeks that I have attended one of DG's free events just to keep my husband company, not thinking that I myself would be getting anything out of it BUT it's been quite interesting to realize what has happened to me since I have not read as much as I have over the past few weeks since before I got married 22 yrs ago and I just can't stop. We have looked at some properties physically and LOTS of them online. We have our real estate agent in place, starting to fill the buyers bucket and I am READY to go and dive into the deep end. I am so very anxious to get my first deal done, I can hardly stand it but I am so scared at the same time. I wish someone could just take me by the hand and walk me through step by step cause I feel really overwhelmed BUT it will be happening very soon, I can just sense it so excited!!!
