No calls on my bandit signs on my first weekend of putting them out. :I
There's a funny story I want to share about the sign police.. During the week after the political campaigns I volunteered to stake signs all over for my candidates of choice and I also vowed to drove around town again to take them down.
Well, it was about 10am days after the election and I had a trunk load of filthy campaign signs in the back of my car. I handled them out, dropped them on the front door of my office to unlock the door and go inside.
A City resource gentleman walked out of the next door Subway, saw me, and came up to ask what I was doing.
I explained that I'm cleaning up everyone and mine's mess we left all over with signs and cleaning them up for next time. He laughed his butt off and said "GEE THANKS! You guys left it all for me last time HAR HAR HAR. Want some more?! SHEESH I was just going to throw them away but I know those stakes aren't free!"
I took his political signs and we chatted about what he does to keep the regulations and what not. Where he doesn't mind them and etc. etc. It was all in the context of political signs.
He told me he just throws them in the trash and it's a pain in the butt. We agreed that we could both benefit from him dropping the signs off at my office steps rather than trashing them. Arright! free stakes!
What is going to crakc me up is if I will get some of my signs dropped off for me if I choose to leave them up all week...
bahaha..
More signs this week. ANDDDDD
I will buy a leadslist TOMORROW.
I'd do it today buuuut I want to record some music.
Break time.
*Darn tootin signs! Dark tootin splinters! Darn tootin' rain!*
I'll do twice as much next week!
Maybe I should hire goof balls in outfits like the WE BUY JUNK CARS and LITTLE CEASERS around here. haha
I'm sure I could find a giant HOUSE COSTUME somewhere, yeah?
....oh wow....that..looks...AWESOME!!
