Ok, it's like this........

I have a friend who has got a manufactured home here in Salem. It's a five bedroom and two bathroom. He just wants to get rid of his mortgage payment and him and his wife just want to get out and do the retired stuff like traveling and being with grandkids and stuff. I'm going to have him sign the contract over in my name and put the home up for rent, section 8 housing okay. I figure if I do this I can get a renter in there in less than two weeks and have money in pocket. It's what I want to do. I want to buy homes for section 8 renters and take care of families who have children. I figure it's a good idea and maybe get some use out of a manufactured home! I was also wondering if there is anyone out there who is also from Oregon? Would love to team up with someone! Wish me luck! I'm gonna be a landlord!
