I've been wheeling and dealing with my best friend on her house. They both want to sell but her husband is being quite a poop about it. She hates living there because it's so cramped and her husband says they have to stay for another 8 and a half months! She has too many grandchildren that are living with her and I thought it might be a possibility to get her to sell.
We will see.
Bids on other houses. I'm slowly getting over this shyness thing I need to conquer and am actually finding out this is quite fun! Loving it!
