San Diego investing in TN

Hello,

My name is Chris and my wife and I (kether is her name) are going to make tons of money with real estate. Although we are new to the whole game, we were meant to invest.

Kether and I were looking through a couple different investment programs and found this one (i believe through Brian Tracy's newsletter) and decided to take make the move.

I told her that if we were to invest in such a program, I would like to read at least ten books on real estate investing... didnt' really matter by whom just make sure the author was a trusted source.

I am turning 30 this year, and Kether is 26 and we are having a our first child in the spring and we are really excited.

My goal by summer 2012 is to have a profitable equation of math and action to apply to real estate deals and close one or two deals per month.

I really want to invest in the coaching... think it is just needed. We missed out on the opportunity to contact the coaches for the first month we got the RBB.

This is my mantra

I am the big picture, get going fast, push through annoying details and get stuff done; type of person. An Kether bless her soul is the exact opposite that is why we work well.

sometimes details block us from getting stuff done.. even more so in a little more complex ideas like real estate.

and i realize that details kick your butt sometimes as well... a little more so in complex ideas like real estate.

I believe you have a price on every property you see, maybe not one to submit.. but a price all the same.
