I am blessed with a wonderful wife and three incredible kids. I was in the mortgage business for 6 years, ending in 2009 with the continuation of the mortgage/real estate crash. We owned (financed) several rental properties. I used the wrong techniques at the wrong time. Long story short after foreclosures, repossessions, bankruptcy, and a lot of sleepless nights, I have not lost faith in using real estate to become financially independant.
