I'm getting in to real estate coming from a technical background. After getting laid off from a great company in Manhattan, I've decided to fulfill my long-time desire of helping people get out of trouble or solve a problem they may have (sellers) and people who are looking for their own American dream (buyers). Also, coming from a retail background I know that I want to work with people. It's much more satisfying than being on a computer all day.
My main focus for now is going to be lease\options and\or mortgage assignments.
