I am 45 and have a lovely wife of over 16 years and one child, daughter 12 years old. I have been employed in the Casino industry here in the St. Louis Market for over 17 years. I am always doing something to earn extra income or hopefully replace my income.

I tried real estate investing back in 2000 -2002 and met with moderate success after completing the Carlton Sheets no money down course. I got up to 11 rentals and flipped about five other properties.
When The Trade Towers fell in 1991 It signaled me to get out for a while no one was buying homes and I was fed up with the hastle of renters so I got out on real estate.
I am tired of the day to day "Rat Race" and have now discovered Deans Books and am eager to join the Accademy soon.
After all I have been through my wife won't believe that Real Estate is the answer, However I have no doubt.
