Being a successful high school athlete, Brack has always appreciated an active lifestyle. However, a high stress business career can add to the waistline over time. After experiencing this phenomena, Brack decided to make a change. To make his life his life style. In a 5 year period, he gradually transformed to a more balanced life. Brack feels cycling and a healthier lifestyle attributed to the change. Over a 4 year period, Brack lost 50 pounds (24% of his bodyweght) as a result of moderating his diet, heart rate training, receiving massage therapy regularly, and striving to have an active, balanced lifestyle. Not a weight loss program. More of a 'weight management' program. Brack is a true believer in strengthening the heart and posture correction. After all, the heart is the catalyst for all physical conditioning, and good posture improves the body's overall appearance. Brack would like to share his experience with others & help them achieve their goals.
Prior to realizing his dream of becoming a "Wellness Trainer", Brack spent over 20 years in the financial industry. After receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Lander University in 1984 in Greenwood, SC, he set out to learn the financial industry. Brack focused on diversification in the industry in order to gain a full understanding of how business really works. As a result , Brack developed a solid background in Public Speaking, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Quality Control, Underwriting, and Management from some of the largest Corporations in the Country. Over the years, Brack learned that there was one common thread that related to the various positions he's held in his career, the ability to relate to people. He feels this is the key to motivation. If you're not enjoying your workout or therapy, you're going to eventually "fall off the wagon" and not return. Good relationship skills can prevent this from happening.
