3RD Property and COUNTING!!

I'm closing soon on my third great property!! It is a 3/2 w/2 car garage. It was a real estate sales office in the garage that needs to be converted back to a garage. I'm buying it $40-$45 K below market. WOW! I already have a renters list and will finish cosmetic improvements within 2 weeks. I'm already looking for the NEXT ONE!! I will have a $850. positive cash flow each month with this one. IMPRESSIVE!! I'm not on the website as much as I would like. I'm too busy finding great deals.
