Ready To Get It Done!!

I'm a young 30 year old with a lot of dreams and ambitions in life. I've been married for over a year now(4/18/09) and I love my wife with all of my heart and soul! The past ten years of my life have flown by and although i've graduated college and had some employment opportunities they haven't worked out like I thought they would. I feel like I haven't accomplished much since college and not because I've been lazy but I know that if the next 10 years goes by like the past 10 years I'll be 40 in the blink of eye. Its time I take the bull by the horns and make something out of my life that I can be proud of and can pass on to my kids that will enable them to be financially independent! Looking forward to getting my first deal done and from there I know the sky's the limit!!
