We have done some deals through out our lives. But now with the help of Dean's information we are going "full steam ahead." We have retired from our careers, we are only in our early 50's and we are serious about property investing full time. We don't know everything, but we know enough to go forward and when we are not sure we can call in to the success academy for help. We have a relator and a financial broker willing to work with us, and we plan on making some great investments and millions of dollars. Vic is a general contractor and semi retired. Only semi because he works on our property investments now. I draw first stage plans that are usually good enough to give to the building department. I am not licensed but I am good at re designing buildings. I am also an artist and writer of self help books on living your daydreams.
