We are Ray and Judy,

We are excited about and interested in investing in Virginia Beach, VA area.

We are looking at single family residences of townhomes or houses, not condos. We have a list of wonderful prospects but are looking for Partners for investing. We are looking at foreclosures and HUD properties and are not afraid of having to do repair work to get the property ready to sell. We are choosy about which areas we are looking at, but because of the presence of military bases in the area properties are still selling fairly well in Virginia Beach.

We are excitedly looking forward being involved in the real estate market here.
