Scared Stiff!

Yep! that's me. scared to death to start this, but scared even more , not to!
Been to enough RE seminars to know Dean knows what he's talking about, but this is the 1st time I have really understood the 'no money down' terminology. Hoping I won't get cold feet, as I have just survived a divorce & more. Trusting in DG b/c he was suggested by Kevin Trudeau whom i have found reliable in aspects regarding health & weight.Would like to "hold hands"(smile) with other beginners and grow together! Hoping DG's group will be there for me.
