I am a Real Estate Investor (Specializing in REO's (small tapes/packages, pieces
or single properties), I wholesale, flip and Broker REO assets and I prefer
Apartment Buildings in my personal portfolio.

I represent a Denver based Real Estate Investment Fund, looking to make principle
investments in single family Residential and Commercial Multifamily properties,
both performing and non-performing assets. (I couldn't say that a year ago)

About me....A single Grandpa of two an x-mortgage broker (national Residential
and Commercial Financing etc....) Specializing in investment properties....
VA Home Loan Specialist, done my share of the rest (SISA/NINA, Fix-N-Flip, HD$,
conventional, agri..etc...(no arm's !!!) and rounded in similar Commercial
Financing (Construction, Permanent, Multifamily, Retail, etc.)

also a loan processor for all above and Commercial pre-Underwriter

an x-yet continuous sideline Website Server Host......, computer mobile tech.,
Network system backup..... (pro & non pro since 80's, much online marketing).
Just a little geekish...know enough to be dangerous

I've thought like my generations before me....who is an investor and many family
generations prior.......who buys a prime piece of land in the path of development
and pass it on to your grandchildren in 50 years and make their lives happy.

I'm so glad to be connected here, and I have been blessed with contacts from the
mortgage business including others in the financial industry (mortgage brokers,
REI's and REA's, Title, plus established resources....bla....bla......and I still
am nervous and a bit shy and self conscious most of the time.

I should also say that I don't think anyone can really appreciate the
"Total View" real estate research and marketing webpage for property comps
unless they've utilized those sites and more to gather info and then try
to compile it, organize it, and digest the material to evaluate a property.
It's all here on one page for everyone here. Dean is awesome and so are
the "pro"grammers that put all this together....WOW.
