A New Change of Pace

Hello world, I am a new kid on the block who has been really considering starting my own contract assignment business. Out of motivation to own house one day, I wanted to get into real estate so I could save the money I need to get my pad.

I lost my job of 10 years a few days ago & I do not want to do the rat race again. So I am going to take a chance and focus on this for the next 90 days, while I collect my unemployment before looking for another job. I really want this to be my golden ticket to financial freedom, so I am trying to be a sponge for any good advice.
