I am a 23 year old college graduate that feels like she spent 5 years getting a BS degree (literally). I have a Bachelors of Science in Biochemistry and am currently working as an Assistant Clinical Research Coordinator in OB/GYN. As much as I enjoy my rewarding job, it doesn't cut it economically.
After my mom read an article in her favorite magazine about this, she starting putting things in my head about Real-Estate wholesaling and such, but I just shrugged it off as something I could never do. A few years later, she saw Dean on TV and automatically ordered his books without even thinking twice. I've almost finished the first one and she has barely cracked through the other one. I ate it up like fresh spaghetti on a cold winter evening. And since then, I have decided to start my career as a real estate investor, no matter what my competition looks like. Maybe it will help me pay for professional school since I've been planning to devote my life as a doctor of hearts and souls.
