Hi DGers. Greetings from the 'Famously Hot' city of Columbia, SC. I'm 35 years old, happily married with 4 children. 3 boys and 1 girl, aged 9-4. Yes, my little princess rules the roost (she's second in command behind the Queen Dutchess) Real Estate Investment has something I always wanted to be a part of and get involved in but just never pursued it. My college degree and studies landed me a gov't job as an IT Specialist in Information Security. I've been with this agency for 10yrs now. I make a pretty decent salary (75k); however as the sole provider I'm still living pay check to pay check. I'm tired of it. I need financial security for me and my family. I want to afford worthy vacations for my homeschooling wife and children. She, they, we deserve it.

I started with very bad credit and was able to within one year pay off some debt and able to purchase my first home. Well, now credit has slipped again due to an emergency medical expense. Now, I'm wading through the waters, counting expenses and cutting costs at every purchase.

I want more. I deserve more. I will achieve more.
