I currently have my full-time, paying my bills, job. But my goal is to use real estate as a vehicle to deliver me to a place where I can do whatever, whenever I want. I see that this market is the perfect opportunity to take the plunge, head first into real estate.
I do currently have a rental property that I converted from my residence into investment. I moved in to an appartment to be a little bit closer to work and to get my foot in the door of real estate investing.
I am open minded and look forward to learning from others and sharing as I learn.
