I am currently 21 with a wife, Lindsay, and a 4 month old daughter, Eva. I graduated high school in 2009 and a week later moved to Houston to attend Universal Technical Institute, an automotive career school, where I learned an increadable amount and I was able to immediately get a job as a technician. The issue was, I entered the field in its decline, and it is still declining. There was a time where a tech would average 90k or more a year, that dropped down very rapidly while I was in school to 40k-60k, which isn't very attractive. After about two and a half years of doing that my godfather and my dad pushed towards joining my godfather in roofing. Long story short, that wasn't working out either because they had me going out and knocking on doors to try and get a roof, so without proper guidance or training I have only made 1500 dollars in 5 months, again, not very attractive. So I am working on cars on the side and looking towards real estate for income. I've considered real estate since I was in high school but I thought one needed tons of money to even get started, but about two months ago my good friend Jeremaih saw Deans infomercial, we went to the seminar and were skeptical, we researched and researched all that we could about him and found over 1000 bad reviews saying it was a scam, but what they all had in common was the mind set of it being a "GET RICH QUICK" thing, which it isn't. We became Insider Elite members and have made so much progress. So here I am, networking and also proving to all those doubters that Dean is real, serious, and this works.
