A Young Investor

I am 18 years old and about to graduate from high school. I have been interested in real estate and investing for a number of years, and have read many articles and many books on the subject.
In August, I will attending the Royal Military College in St. Jean, Quebec, Canada. I will be training to become an Aerospace Control Officer, majoring in Military Psychology & Leadership.
I have limited experience and an even more limited budget when it comes to real estate investing. However, I am smart, I am willing to learn, and I want a mentor. If you believe you could help me, I would be very grateful.
After the military, I may become a sports agent or a full-time real estate investor.
